The old saying “ music is good for the soul” isn’t just a saying. It’s true! Music can reduce stress and agitation. It soothes our very being. Music is used as a Therapy in the young.
Also with those suffering from mental disorders and depression. In the elderly and infirm. So that’s why starting off with a ‘good foundation’ and developing a love for music rhythm and dance is so beneficial.

Creating beautiful memories.
Kirsty has studied music to a higher level. She has studied Music Therapy, body percussion, promoting positive behaviour in children. She also leads a small team of musicians in her local church.
She is a singer/songwriter and plays guitar & ukulele. She comes from a musical background and has experienced a very eclectic mix of music throughout her life.
She is a mum of five children. Who all have developed a love for music and it’s effects that it can have in the physical and mental well-being.
